We do not accept any return or exchanges.

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Refund Policy

We do not refund, all earrings are final sale.

Please note: we do our best to provide quality earrings. However, because polymer clay earrings are made by hand, minor imperfections are inevitable. We do not refund or exchange earrings for minor imperfections, but know we wouldn’t send something that wasn’t up to our standards.
